Daikon Radish is a fast-growing and cold-tolerant plant that has a deep tap root that helps with soil erosion and to break up compacted soil. It's high in nutrition and protein to benefit wildlife and is especially attractive to deer, rabbit, and turkey.
This seed is suitable for well drained soil or loamy soil types and does best if planted September – Early November.
