Fixation Balansa Clover is the most cold-tolerant annual clover that can thrive in various extreme conditions such as freezing temperatures. This particular clover can also help with compacted soil due to its long taproot that reaches down to help pull up phosphorus and potassium. It's a favorite of deer, game birds, and turkeys. It can produce well in a variety of soil types, even low pH and poorly drained soils.  

This seed is suitable for all soil types including wet bottoms. It does best if planted September – Early November is the Southeast
